Nakamichi was born in Kichijōji, the heart of subculture and a taste for fine things in Tokyo. We are replicating this philosophy in Montreal in hopes of bring the taste of ramen from scratch. We seek to make high quality ramen without adding any MSG or added fat to our soup. Using only the flavours that occur naturally in the ingredients we incorporate into our house made broths and soups.
